To bid, you must create an account on our digital platform and provide a valid credit card for verification. You must be at least 18 years old and agree to the terms and conditions before your bidding privileges are activated.
Once logged in, you can place "flat bids" or "max bids." A max bid allows the system to automatically bid on your behalf, in the smallest increments possible, up to the maximum amount you are willing to spend.
If a bid is placed in the final minutes of an auction, the clock for that specific item will automatically extend by a set amount of time (usually 1 or 2 minutes). This process continues until all bidding activity stops, ensuring every bidder has a fair chance to respond.
Since this is an online auction, we provide high-resolution photos and detailed descriptions for every lot. If a scheduled "preview window" is available, the location and hours will be listed in the auction details for you to perform your own inspection.
All items are sold in their current condition with no warranties or guarantees. Descriptions are provided as a guide, but the buyer is responsible for verifying the condition and suitability of an item based on the photos and information provided before placing a bid.
Yes, a Buyer’s Premium (a percentage added to the final hammer price) is applied to all winning bids. This fee covers the administrative and technology costs of the online platform. The specific percentage is listed in the terms of each auction.
Upon the auction's conclusion, an invoice will be emailed to you. Payment is typically processed automatically using the credit card on file, or you may be required to settle the balance via wire transfer or an online payment portal within 24–48 hours.
Winning bidders are responsible for the removal of items. You will receive an email with instructions on how to schedule a pickup appointment. If shipping is available for a specific lot, it will be noted in the description, and shipping costs will be added to your invoice.
Bidding is a legally binding contract. Failure to pay or pick up items during the designated window may result in the forfeiture of the items, a restocking fee, and a permanent ban from participating in future online auctions.
You can use the "Watchlist" or "Star" feature on the platform to monitor specific lots. You will receive real-time notifications via email or text if you have been outbid or if an item on your list is nearing its closing time.
